L'Arrière Scène Backstage is so much more than a program: it is a beacon for creative souls and a guiding light for those navigating the turbulent waters of the music industry.
L'Arrière Scène Backstage is a training and mentorship program for emerging music artists in Canada, managed by MusicNB and la Société Chant’Ouest. Its goal is to support artists in their professional development by helping them build self-management and entrepreneurial skills. The program includes courses, personalized support, and covers a range of topics such as artistic identity, career management, grant-writing, tour booking, copyright management and album marketing.

Selected singer-songwriters from Atlantic Canada will participate in bi-weekly virtual sessions and benefit from guidance provided by Vincent Quirion, along with other music industry professionals, to help them reach their goals.

Pending available funding, artists may also have the opportunity to take part in networking events such as Music NB Week and Phoque OFF.
